HAPPY SUNDAY . . . When we want to make something happen we must hit the OFF button on all of our new 21st century human limbs. I call them “the machines.” Moment by moment updates on what others are up to are not as productive as moment by moment updates on where we need to go to make our dreams come true. Find a quiet place . . . grab a yellow pad (ask someone over 40 if you don’t know what that is) start brainstorming with yourself about the “thing” that you want to make happen. Use bullet points, many pages, whatever . . . then proceed to write down everything that is in your “gut.” As you do this, you’ll begin to get excited. You’ll begin to gain confidence to dance into the life that you want for yourself. Imagine what we all could do if we spend just one hour everyday brainstorming with ourselves?! Enjoy the journey :-) –Rhee PS When “brainstorming with yourself,” you could use a “machine” instead of a yellow pad, but you must shut off all communication with the outside world.
