*****HAPPY THURSDAY TEAM***** Hey TEAM EDUCATE and GOOD MORNING!! So guys we have exactly 11 days left to BUILD.... yes I said BUILD to many people get caught up in recruiting and forget to BUILD their teams the proper way!! All it takes is 3 serious people everyone joins you looking for you to lead them, if you cannot lead them or dont feel comfortable just yet then bring them to one of the leaders we will get them where they need to be we will help them meet their goals... Dont focus just on recruiting because if you dont spend time building a relationship, trust and an exciting environment then what do you have but a team of people who you dont know that will not care about helping you grow or themselves grow.... They will not see how valuable this is if you take the value away from it... SO FOCUS ON YOUR TEAMS, if you have 3 its time to TEACH duplication as many levels deep as you can get it to go.... You can have 50 people on your team but if not one of them is trying to build a business those 50 ppl do you NO GOOD! The way to keep them going is to keep them plugged in and to keep them EXCITED and encouraged to work!! I myself reward my team for their efforts because without them I would not be successful so I like to show them my appretiaion!! (So know you guys are going to be rewarded by me come April) We only have a few days left in the week so lets CLOSE THIS WEEK OUT STRONG!!! Building a SUCCESSFUL TEAM is more than just RECRUITING....
