The applications will be filled up to 25‐02‐2014 till 5:00PM after which the link will be disabled. The candidates are advised to apply online well in time without waiting for last date of submission of online application. No offline application form or copy of downloaded application form will be accepted by this office. The printout of online application form and e‐challan filled by the candidates will be brought along with original certificates for verification at the time of physical measurement and physical efficiency test. 1. Details of posts:- (A) Male Constable (B) Female Constable Total 298 10 308 (Vacancies are subject to increase/decrease at any time) 2. Pay Scale:- Rs. 5200-20200 plus GP of Rs. 2000/-. 3. Application fees:- (i) The male candidates are required to pay online fees of Rs. 100/- & female candidates are required to pay Rs. 50/- .The fees once paid is non-refundable/non transferable. 4. Eligibility:- “Nationality, domicile and character of the candidates. i) he is- (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) ii) No person shall be appointed to the post of constable in Haryana Police, unless a citizen of India; or a subject of Nepal; or a subject of Bhutan; or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January , 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India ; or a person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Shri Lanks or any of the East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania ( Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zabia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethopia with the intention of permanently settling in India: Provided that a person belonging to any of the categories (b), (c) (d) or (e) shall be person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Govt.” Character Certificate The candidates are required to produce a certificate of character from the Principal Academic Officer of the University, College, School or Institution last attended. Minimum Qualification: (a) 10 2 for all categories. ( b)The candidate, who have secured position in National School Games, National Level Tournaments organized by recognized National federations or who have obtained 1st and 2nd position in State Level Tournaments organized by the State and / or by State Federation/ Association recognized by the State will be put through Physical Efficiency Test under the existing recruitment rules.
