HB5395, which would allow for public police and private security agencies to conduct evictions during any type of weather, is one of the most egregious, despicable, oppressive, fascist, undemocratic bills to come up in quite some time. What is probably even worse is the fact that the group most impacted are people of African descent while it was introduced by Monique Davis, one of the longest lasting state representatives in the Illinois General Assembly and is a person of African descent. However, dont be fooled, the hidden hand behind this is none other than the notorious House Speaker, Mike Madigan, Davis is a functionary at this point. This bill is an instrument to enhance the leverage of the people hating 1% capitalist rabid dogs in this society. They have intentionally set up a situation that will ensure violent confrontations between dwellers and law enforcement. All of those in the state legislature who support this bill are nothing but cowards and should have their privilege as a representative of the people revoked. People, where is your collective insult level?
