HE NEEDS YOUR HELP! An animal angel found this poor little boy on the street. He thought the dog had been hit by a car because he could not walk. Turns out his hind legs were so matted with knots that this lost boy could not walk. The pile shown is just some of the mats and tangled hair that were removed by the rescuers. No wonder he could not walk. And who knows how long he was like this and until yesterday, NOT ONE PERSON STOPPED TO SAVE HIM. He was obviously out and lost for a long time. No chip, intact male, cherry eye, needs his intact sponsorship funded so we can quickly take him to vet! He must also have an approved LSSTLAR foster immediately!
