***HEADBUTTING 13-LB. TUXIE CHARMER DUMPED AS STRAY - PLEASE GRANT NEO A DEATH ROW PARDON!!!*** Precious tuxie boy NEO, a 12.5-lb. neutered STRAY just 3 years old, was ABANDONED by his former owner & taken in off the streets by someone who kept him just 2 1/2 weeks before dumping him at the high-kill ACC, despite his oh-so-PURRfect behavior in that home. Neo is friendly with kids, strangers, cats, & dogs; he happily played with the other cats & just ignored the dog. He also displayed awesome litter box manners. Neos affectionate demeanor stood him in good stead during his behavioral test; he offered trusting rubs & even headbutts! But he caught the notorious ACC kitty cold, which the shelter treats via lethal injection. Neo will die at noon tomorrow, unless someone steps up for him quickly.
