HEALING FEELINGS OF UNWORTHINESS ~ Laurie Turunen When we go within and still our thoughts, connecting with that quiet, serene and loving presence of our Higher Self, the fears and false beliefs start to dissolve. You will never find true validation through others. When you go within, you will discover that you are already love and the need for acceptance is non existent because you are never separate from the very energy of the One energy that is everything. To feel rejected or unworthy is to feel separate and true separation is an illusion. The One energy would be incomplete without you, like a missing puzzle piece within this great Universe. Without you, the whole Universe would be incomplete! See how important you are and how silly it is to feel small or less than based on this temporary life experience? I have heard it said that only 1% of our higher self has incarnated within our body. What about the other 99%? You are a massive, powerful light being. Feeling small and less than, is an insult to your Prime Creator. Believing that you dont matter as much as the next person is like saying part of God is unworthy. It is simply an illusion. You are a perfect child of God and you deserve to be here, taking up as much space as you need, in whatever way you need to express it. Differences need to be celebrated. We cannot heal anything if we are afraid to look at the imperfections for fear of not liking what we will find. An old tree full of gnarly branches doesnt judge itself to be ugly. Simply being, is all it knows. You have always been good enough, you simply forgot. We must fully embrace and love a perceived flaw before it can be transmuted. Next time you feel a dark feeling, dont judge it. Blast it with all the love you can muster up. Pray for spiritual assistance to intensify that love so healing/transmutation, is easy and rapid. All darkness brought to the light, becomes the light. We are here to transmute all perceived darkness. There has been a quickening of electrical and vibrational energy on our planet. Some call it the ascension. Since we are electrical beings, you are affected by this increase in energy frequency. This naturally allows you to attune to a finer vibration of light energy. Praying and meditating helps draws this high frequency energy like a magnet, assisting you in receiving answers and healing. This energy is light and all light helps to open the mind and heart to any answer you ask. Remember to ask, everyday. Accept what is, allowing change to occur without attachment. Always ask for the highest good, knowing God is in every situation, trusting in a Divine plan. There is no end to the love that surrounds you even if you temporarily cant feel it. Your very essence is love, so not feeling it is an illusion, a forgetting. Make it your intent to be bathed in love and have love overflow into every part of your being, and so it shall be.
