HEALTH - Moderate and regular exercise is one of the most important contributors to good health . Too much exercise , is as BAD , as no exercise. IT IS THE REGULARITY , AND NOT THE DURATION , THAT IS MORE IMP. In most of the cases , it is seen that those who start exercising heavily , give up soon . It is always advisable to start at 50-75 % of ones capacity and increase slowly, after every 10days , or so , as ones body and daily routine gets adjusted. If one starts even with 5 minutes of exercise daily, increasing by 1-2 minutes , every week, it may be very easy to reach a level of 30 - 60 minutes o exercise, after 3 -6 months. Instead of following the notion of, either a total or a big zero , it may be more beneficial to follow, better to have some than to having none . Best of health , both physical & mental, my friends
