HEALTH INSURANCE DEADLINE All full-time undergraduates and Seminary students enrolled for at least six main campus credit hours are required to have health insurance. If you already have health insurance coverage, you must complete the online waiver form at northpark.edu/insurance. If you fail to complete this document by Friday, September 13, you will be enrolled in the student health insurance program and the premium of $1665 will NOT be refundable. If you DO need to purchase our policy, you MUST actively enroll in our plan in order to obtain coverage. This can be done online at northpark.edu/insurance as well. At this time, you are being billed for insurance, but DO NOT actually have coverage. While you may have provided insurance information to our office in the past, it MUST be submitted ANNUALLY.
