HEALTH NEWS!!!!! YES! Down 5 lbs. this week. THRILLED! Admittedly, this was kinda a PERFECT(ish) health week. I had little to no stress, I did bootcamp, walked 4 days this week, introduced yoga to the mix. Of course, my juices and salads were in the picture. I had no smoothies this week. I did eat out 5 (yes, 5 times) Where? Dandelion Communitea Cafe, Aunt Catfishs on the River, Jimmy Hulas, Crispers and Greens & Grille. Made healthy choices each time, though. (I did have a bite of cheese grits- cause I remain SOUTHERN!) TMI alert- All this happened on my time of the month (which is a HUGE deal) Why? Because 4 months ago when I started this journey- I began the cleanse and then got my period. I did lose 7lbs that 1st week, but that was with FULL juicing. Then the next two months, I gained 4lbs both times on my period week and it took me 2 weeks (each time) to lose that weight back off. So, I wanted to REALLY kick ass this time. I STILL have such a long way to go but I am 60 lbs further along than I was 17 weeks ago! Heres to WEEK 18! Onward with the HEALTH! DOWNWARD with the scale!
