HEART AND SEOUL Check out this Kickstarter Campaign, especially if youre in Boulder. Justine is starting a gluten free Korean food truck (with lots of vegan and vegetarian options) in Boulder County called Heart and Seoul. She recently launched a kickstarter to build out Florence, the American Red Cross Emergency Response Vehicle that will be transformed into the Heart and Seoul Food Truck.
