HEART SERVICE The eternal message of God to all His people is, My son, give me your heart, and let your eyes observe my ways. Proverbs 23;26 The heart is the center of our being. Who we are, where we are and where we are going rests solely on the condition of our hearts. We cannot rise higher than the condition of our hearts. It is from the heart that blood is being pumped and circulates to every part of our being. The physical hearts beating make us alive. The heart is also central to our spiritual well-being. All actions and attitudes emanates from the heart. Sin has corrupted mans heart. Today in the church, I see many serving God, not from a clean, transformed, touched, changed, broken, soft, pure and committed heart. But many of us are serving God from a polluted, hard, deceived, bitter, wounded, rebellious and evil hearts. The more reason our worship and services are NOT acceptable unto Him. God desires service from a clean and pure heart. Only constant cleansing of the blood of Jesus can make our service acceptable unto Him. Eye -service, lip-service are unacceptable unto Him. Only pure heart-service. As we go into another week, what is the condition of your heart towards Him?
