HEART TO HEART. Pisces Full Moon Sunday 16th....REDEMPTION The very central theme associated with the sign Pisces is that of salvation and redemption....This theme is expressed in the keynote: I leave the Fathers home and turning back, I save. In this keyword the word I does not mean the little self or the personality. No,...it is our higher, true Self,..the spiritual Soul, that speaks. The Soul descends into the ocean of matter -- But then, -- eons later, after having experienced the depth of matter -- the Soul reverses Itself and now renounces the life of form, the concentration of the personality. It returns Home, that is, it attaches Itself again in consciousness to the Father, the One Who sent it forth. It is very significant to realize that this story of the Soul is essentially the deeper impulse behind the lives of all of us. It shows us first, how we as human beings are involved in a dual way. As personalities (the form side) we are being saved.....but as the Soul, the higher Self in us, we are the saviour, the redeemer. The Soul lifts the personality up, from our limiting thoughts, our glamours, our illusions that keep us imprisoned. We are set free to a life more abundant. This is the work of the higher Self, the Soul, and as we identify ourselves with that Soul, we can actually and increasingly participate consciously in its redeeming work....we work out our own salvation. The path of a world saviour consists of millions of smaller acts of sacrifice, giving up again and again those loved forms that have served their purpose, and that ought to be discarded for the sake of something recognized to be of higher value. It is a continuous series of detachments, a letting go of thoughtforms, habits and attachments that prevent greater service;..a letting go of separativeness in its many forms for the sake and the joy of a greater inclusiveness. True sacrifice, can only be undertaken and understood by the Soul, ...not by the personality - self. From the personality angle, sacrifice is experienced as suffering. But for the Soul it is a natural and joyful act. It is like what happens when a seed falls into the earth,..its life force within causes the enveloping shell to burst, and thus give way to the new plant that is to develop. As Kahlil Gibran said: Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding. In the Piscean Age the typical emphasis has been on being saved, from the world, from matter -- In the Aquarian Age, it now becomes more and more a standing free in matter. This more active freedom in matter is the real freedom of the Soul expressing Itself more fully in life. Redemptive life becomes salvation through joy and strength. The mark of the saviour in the new age is you and strength. The saving of the world is no longer a question of the One Saviour, rather, it is the task of what has been called the growing group of knowers of God,...banded together in this great work. The New Group of World Servers truly fulfills the function of a group saviour of humanity -- it is raising the human consciousness out of the old form attachments in many fields of living. This group as the true saviour, collectively express the indwelling Soul of Humanity -- so dynamically and to such an extent that in many fields, breakthroughs of the human consciousness can take place. The NGWS represents all fields of human endeavour and thus channels Soul energy into every aspect of life -- the energy of this group constitutes the hope of the world...... we find that we are on the one hand part of humanity in its outer form life, therefore share in its pain and its longing for relief, -- but on the other hand, we can know ourselves to be a part of that band of inner-oriented workers through which the uplifting, the salvation of the world is to come -- if we can be an adequate channel for the healing energy of Love-Will. We will understand the keynote for Pisces both individually and in group formation. I leave the Fathers home and turning back I save.
