HEAVEN AND EARTH ARE STILL HERE, HENCE SO IS THE LAW by Deirdre May 5, 2014 According to Apostle Paul and the Institutionalized Church, we do NOT have to follow Gods laws because the event of Jesus Christ coming in the flesh ushered in grace and ended the law. For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace. Romans 6:14 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.” - Romans 10:4 BUT JESUS TAUGHT THAT THE LAW WOULD NOT END UNTIL HEAVEN AND EARTH PASS AWAY. Jesus says: “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. - Matthew 5:17-18 SO THE TEST AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE LAW HAS ENDED IS QUITE SIMPLE, AND ANYONE CAN CONDUCT THIS TEST ... SIMPLY LOOK OUT YOUR WINDOW AND SEE IF THE EARTH IS STILL THERE. IF THE EARTH IS STILL THERE, THEN THE EARTH HAS NOT PASSED AWAY, AND NEITHER HAS THE LAW! In fact Jesus goes on to say that whoever breaks a commandment (Gods law) and teaches others to do so will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, and that if a persons righteousness does not exceed that of the scribes and pharisees -- then that person will not even enter heaven. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. - Matthew 5:19-20 So why does the institutionalized Church and some Christians ignore the fact that we are still under the law and continue in their false preaching and teaching that we are now under grace? Because they want to be disobedient to God and keep sinning in spite of the truth, so God has sent them a false delusion so that they can believe what is false. Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, - 2 Thessalonians 2:11 WHY DOES GOD SEND A STRONG DELUSION? that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. - 2 Thessalonians 2:12 The full text of 2 Thessalonians 2 is below for your edification. 2 Thessalonians 2 New King James Version (NKJV) The Great Apostasy 2 Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ[a] had come. 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin[b] is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God[c] in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. 5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? 6 And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He[d] who now restrains will do so until He[e] is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. Stand Fast 13 But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, 14 to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. 15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle. 16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, 17 comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.
