To The PIO Village Panchayat st estevam OR ELECTRICITY DEPT PANAJI etc.etc... tiswadi Goa SUBJECT: Right to information Act 2005 Sir, Please give me CERTIFIED COPY/IES of the following - Status of work done yesterday - all documents of the file relating to the project xyz in survey no --- or if no survey no. then exact location, like, next to so n so pharmacy etc. - All NOCs to you from the builder {ANY DOCUMENT OR INFORMATION YOU NEED TYPE.} I pay Rs 10 as RTI fee and I will pay for the photo copies ( xerox copies) Also I want to inspect the same.
