HELP!!! Ive been robbed again by my state government! Theres nothing like getting a state tax refund check in the mail that contains a notice that a portion of your refund has been withheld. NOTICE! A PORTION OF YOUR TAX REFUND HAS BEEN WITHHELD! FOR AN EXPLANATION WHY PLEASE READ THE STATEMENT BELOW! Ironically, there is no statement below explaining the reason why the State took my money. Its blank as to such reason. Ive been robbed without a gun by my own government! This is the second time in twelve months that Ive had problems with the NC Dept. of Revenue, and when you contact them about any problems its like dealing with a drunken Pakastani who doesnt speak the English.
