HELP Oh fitness wise ones! I have been training really hard before argus and now argus has come and gone but i feel like i cannot turn off my dam hunger! Seriously like if people do not move fast enough i may start grabbing arms and having a nibble soon....What can i do to stop the hunger and cravings. I am eatting regular small meals which are healthy. But cannot seem to get rid of this feeling and worried my body is lacking something now that i am recovering.
