#HELPneeded #ChrisGero #wifeBEDRIDDEN Dear YSL, Most of us may have known Mr. Chris Gero, the joker, the riddler, the artist. Most of us enjoyed his posts one way or another. As you may have noticed, he has not been online for a while now. The truth is, their family is currently facing a difficult challenge as his wife, Christine, has been confined for quite some time now. She is suffering from #SCIATICA, although most cases resolve on their own, hers has gotten worse after her recent childbirth/delivery last April 23rd. Shes been suffering from it since and required hospitalization last May 8, 2014 since both of her legs are now being affected. Due to her worsening condition, shes been transported in Cebu last May 16, 2014. Some of us were able to witness her ordeal. Shes in great pain even the ambulance could not run more than 20kph due to the excruciating pain she feels in every hump or hole in the concrete road. Same day shes been required to go through a series of tests and the most costly was MRI which entailed a lot of funds to poured into it. Currently, shes confined in Visayas Community Memorial Medl Center. They are still awaiting for the final interpretation of the latter. We are hoping that the need for surgery (SPINE) will be disregarded, but even so, the therapy will still stretch longer w/c means more expenses. Real scenario: Changing her requires 4-6 people as she needs to be lifted evenly, slowly & very gently as her nerves feel like being torn & stretched from all sides. Its like shes in temporary paralysis with all the painful senses. Tilting, sitting, moving the legs are all agonizing for her. We are then knocking your kind hearts in the spirit of brotherhood to spare any form of help to assist their family in this hard times. It will be much appreciated if we can spare even a Jollibee meals worth of help for their family. No help is too small in this trying times. May we all be blessed with good health.
