HERE COMES RUSSIA !!! RUSSIAN WARSHIPS SET SAIL TO TARTOUS According to IRIB, the Russian interarme Chief of Staff, the Russian navy is en route to the strategic Syrian port of Tartus. "Several units of the Russian Navy are already deployed in the Mediterranean and they are currently heading to the port of Tartus, with Warship Chabanenko among the ships that left for Tartous" the Russian general has refused further comment . The Israeli website DEBKAfile reported Saturday that Russia has placed on alert the Mediterranean and Black Sea fleets of their Navy in preparation for a possible U.S. military action against Syria, a key ally of the Russian army.
