HERE IS A HOME-GROWN LIST FROM MAYSSAM; a friend of mine and the House of Titanic. We like: - that she reccomends the Bitter book too and in the same line, Choux looks like a sure good one at least for our vegetable-centric (the word veggie is banned in our kitchen as being too Kindergarten-speak) - Plenty More from Ottolenghi is a good idea too; friend Jeanie and others suggest that there are great similarities between our Montreal and their London kitchens. - Made in Quebec is local so deserves a careful look; off to a bookstore soon! - Toronto Cooks....hummm lets do a Montreal Cooks soon; Patrick and Rob would be happy to get involved. Our cookbook is very slow going to press; this might be a way to get the ball rolling! Off to Appetite for Books in Westmount!
