Class is enjoyable, friendly and suitable for all! Dont like the gym, self conscious about exercise or want to laugh and shout as you get fit? then why not book into class and come along and try it!!! Classes resume 23rd August. New timetable Saturday 1130am Sunday 7pm and 8pm Monday 7pm 8pm and 830pm body conditioning with trampoline. Wednesday 630pm and 730pm All classes held in Blantyre welfare community resource centre.
