OF COURSE YOU MUST ENSURE THE RESTAURANT OR CAFE HAS HANGI LISTED ON THEIR LICENSE AS SOMETHING THEY ACTUALLY DO COOK AND SELL, THE COUNCIL WILL DO THEIR CHECKS WITH THE LICENSE HOLDER, AND YOU HAVE A HOME RUN!!
