HEY FACEBOOK FRIENDS, I need your help!!! I am looking for a Listing/Marketing Specialist full time and part time. They must have a Real Estate License, No exceptions! Hiring for immediate placement! The main responsibilities will be to cover all aspects in the listing department, which includes: client servicing, entering new listings into the MLS, compiling CMA’s, scheduling of listing appointments, photos and open houses, preparing listing folders, creating marketing material, advertising and being an all around team player. You will be part of a team, managing current and future listings. Your work must enable the group to maintain accuracy in an extremely fast paced environment handling 50+ listings. QUALIFICATIONS An active NC Real Estate License is required. We need an enthusiastic, fast learner who is self motivated, organized and can multi-task. Excellent customer service, attention to detail and a positive attitude are a must. Keen knowledge of TMLS, Microsoft Publisher/Excel/Word & a marketing degree/experience is preferred. 40 hours a week is required and employee benefits are offered.
