Looking for someone with 3-5 years of HR experience who loves the administrative side of HR and wants to be doing it for a long time. Heavy focus of benefits coordination for the temps, compliance management, reporting, garnishments and unemployment processing. This role will have primary responsibility for ensuring compliance with I9’s, Obamacare, EEOC, Census reporting, etc. Must be detail oriented and thorough. Primarily looking for someone with Engineering recruiting experience (2+ years) Must be self-motivated, team player who likes to come in, roll up their sleeves and get to work.
