HEY KickStarters - UPDATES AND NEWS please read and share! I will address loads of bits in a video shortly BUT BUT the eating plan Im suggesting IS NOT the KSFL Fat Loss protocol this is the KSFL SUGAR FREE Plan which is a unique protocol which is why some of you who have followed KSFL before have posted about the differences. The Goal this week is to STOP & GET A GRIP your sugar cravings not necessarily fatloss if you do lose then great.... thats a by product. WE only go down ONE rabbit hole at a time. I dont want to address a million things week one - its to much and too overwelming and you will lose motivation. TRUST ME. THIS week focus on getting into better habits. Getting a grip on your sugar addictions. Eating more veg, eating cleaner, doing a 10minute HIIT every day. Sleeping Better & manging your stress levels That is MORE than enough for week 1... Can you all comment that you are with me on this and you can see the logic in this?????
