HEY!! Welcome to I HAVE FOOD FOR THOUGHT If you need to lose weight and want to know the easiest way to achieve it, read on…. You’ve no doubt seen a lot of fad diets, gimmicks and short money making schemes that seem attractive at the time, but in the long run are not sustainable to lose weight. In some cases they have had serious side effects that are worse than carrying a few extra kilos. I know, no matter how may sit ups you do or what diet you are currently on, or how good your intentions and will power are to lose weight, you will, on impulse or habit, eventually return to doing “your own thing” that will prevent you losing weight, true? You will eat! Some of you know that you automatically sabotage your own workouts and all your hard efforts by either over eating or eating the wrong and then feel guilty straight after you’ve swallowed the last mouthful! But no worries, you’ll do a harder workout next time you hit the gym, yeah right… Geez, who’s controlling what around here? You or the food?? Life would just be easier for YOU to have CONTROL over WHAT YOU EAT wouldn’t it? If you ate less, you would weigh less. Think on that, no diet, just eat less and not feel deprived or hungry. It’s simple. Well… I can make it simple How fantastic would life be if you could stop focussing on food and what you continue to do wrong with it? Imagine all the relief of not having to worry anymore about what and when you eat!! I bet that stuck record in your head that says “OH NO! I’ve done it again!!!….” must be worn out. Gee, if only you could change that! Wow, imagine the huge difference it would make, no more pressure. EVER Well you can. It’s simple. I can help. It’s really, really interesting. Just ask how!!
