HFII band students, former students, boosters, etc..... Ever wanted a chance to dump ice water on Mr. Schoenherr? (Without fear of repercussion?) Well, nows your chance! Ive been nominated to take the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, (thanks Dylan!) and I figured we could sell raffle tickets for the opportunity to drench Mr. S! Senior Jon Hicks was nominated as well and will be joining me in the cause. (Im sure some current students would LOVE to get him too!) Tickets will be available during Monday (8/25) nights marching band rehearsal ONLY at HFII, from 5-9:00 p.m. The drawing and dowsing will take place at 8:30, on the marching field. There will be a drawing for a small, medium, and LARGE bucket of water, for both Jon and myself and its your choice of which bucket you put your tickets. Tickets are $1 each or 10 for $5. All proceeds will of course be donated to ALS research! Bring your $$, its for a GREAT cause!
