HI heres our first river report to 2014. Mid April to Mid June is a great time to run the river. Water levels generally stay in the green meaning full passage, no portaging mid river and ample room under the lower rail bridge. The warm weather and precipitation this week has caused the water levels to rise into the yellow, its a bit faster, running well and ample room under the bridge. That said, with this first higher water event there is some woody debris that has come down over and into the river, paddlers should take care to look ahead and move away from these branches. We expect this coming week with cooler temperatures water levels will drop a bit, this will depend on how much rain we get. Stay tuned cheers Eric Church
