If not returned your account will be billed for full replacement cost. • Israel team: Come to Pastor Wayne’s office to pick up your Israel t-shirt. • Attention Students Taking Honors Biology Next Year: There will be an important information meeting today, 6/12, after school in Mrs. Laidlaw’s room. The summer work and text book information will be discussed. • All Sophomores Who are Taking 11th Grade Honors English Next Year: Remember to come to Mrs. Linn’s Wednesday June 11th, Thursday June 12th, and Friday June 13th for Honors English class form 12:30-2:30pm. Do not miss or your summer work will be very difficult for you to complete. If you are not coming make sure you come and see Mrs. Linn, remember the information for class dates the last week of school was given to you in March. • Volunteer Tutors Needed: Next year to work with Elem. students. Must be committed, no afterschool activities that will conflict with tutoring (must be 8th – 12 grade). If interested please pick up application from JR/SR High Library, application due back Friday 6-13-14. • Yearbook Signing: Our handbook reads, “Students who deface or write inappropriate remarks in another student’s yearbook will be subject to disciplinary action and/or may be required to replace the yearbook or the replacement cost of the yearbook.” We want every word that comes from our mouth to edify others and to bring glory to God. • Graduation Dress Code: Seniors, the Dress Code in the Student Handbook still applies for graduation even under your graduation gown. (No flip flops may be worn.) • Seniors: Congratulations as you get ready to graduate, we are so proud of you! Please keep in mind any pranks or vandalism will lead to serious disciplinary action. • Senior Final Transcripts: Seniors, if you need final transcript copies for colleges or other purposes, please add your name to the sign-up sheet on the counter in the HS Office and write the number of transcripts you need in the box (don’t put an “X”). • Textbooks: Students, you should obtain your parents’ permission BEFORE placing your textbooks in the donation bins as your parents might prefer to sell/exchange textbooks. If your parents agree to donate your books, bins are for reusable novels and textbooks only; no used workbooks. Please note that these bins are NOT a Library drop box – the Library is not responsible for the ultimate destination of the contents. • Medications: If you currently have medication stored in the office, please be sure to pick it up before the end of the school year. • Locker Clean Out: Students, please be courteous while cleaning out your lockers by utilizing the additional trash cans that will be placed in the hallways. FROM THE ATHLETIC OFFICE • If you plan on playing sports next year: You should participate in your sports summer program. Summer Sport Packets are available in the Athletic Office or on-line. Packets are due Monday June 16th. • Cheer 2014-2015: All girls interested in trying out for cheer, please pick up a packet in the Athletic office. Packets are to be turned in by Friday 6/13. If you have any questions, please see Coach Liz in the Activities office.
