The first phase was released successfully and was shared among the group members; b4 the release of the 2nd phase, Mama who was in power was given the information by the NGO officials and she didnt only react negatively but she also signaled the Sengwer community of the ongoing deal, the Sengwer threatened to sue the group n the group keenly promised them of a bright future. The team included Mama onto the group in order to avoid troubles, then the body demanded for 2875 names + the Id no. Task force was formed to enhance the exercise, 2nd phase was released and was used to buy the Sengwer some animal breeds among other items. B4 the release of phase 3, the world bank decided to compensate the genuine forest evictees and with no delay Mama and Kipchumba forwarded the list, phase 3 was released and nothing was given to the Sengwer for they were busy waiting from the world bank, due to unknown reasons the compensation by the world bank was delayed till recently, Kakugo among other leaders signed for the compensation. The greedy opportunistic Marakwets altered the genuine list by using the criterion; Who are you to me? Hope the message conveyed, my question is; who is to b blamed and why?
