HMMMMM... tomorrow - January 31 - is Chinese New Years. I believe they have been sending me subliminal messages or something. It seems I am ADDICTED to EGG ROLLS!!! LOL... It also seems there are NO decent Chinese Restaurants (or at least none that can pass Health Dept. Inspections) in all of East Texas... **SIGH** But !!!! My FAVORITE Grocery Store - HEB Pantry!!! now sells a wonderful package - fresh, fully cooked, not frozen Chinese Egg Rolls - chicken or pork. AND they are like inexpensive ($2.48 for 4). I CANT STOP EATING THEM. I want them for breakfast, lunch and dinner!!! Cooking up two right now for breakfast! YUM... Sure hope they dont stop selling them! OH AND they are even MADE IN TEXAS!! **GIGGLES** I love these egg rolls so much I even barter with Jeff for his share... trade steak or whatever I can!!! ROFL!!
