HOLYMA Investment Plan Summary Our Company begins developing energy products of reduced carbon emission in 2006, an initiative of Chairman Chen, as a measure to remedy the inflation caused by global warming and oil price hike. Chairman Chen begins to apply for his first patent license, which has been approved in 2008. Holyma Co., Ltd., established in New Zealand in 2010, has commissioned the production of the prototype of electric car in Taiwan in 2011, two completed in June 2012. The electric vehicle is the only one in the world that runs on roads without the need of recharge station. As of today our Company already owns 500 hundred licenses in 46 patents, most of them are carbon emission reduction high-tech, and we will be the leader in the world in present time and future.
