Joe is todays modern Jet & Ebony magazine. He is todays Don Cornelius & SoulTrain. He is todays modern Bob Law, Frankie Crocker, & William Roscoe Mercer aka Rosko. Joe brings / gives the world the gift of The Black Experience from past to present unlike anyone I know today. Anyone who has the honor of calling Joe friend can attest to this. Since the day we crossed paths in 1989 in an underground dance music record store called Movin Records in E Orange NJ I know I can. His daily Soul of The Day Contributions & Posts are vital. Vital to society. What Joe does every single day is necessary. It matters. It is important. Take a minute & get to know this man. Dont take my word for it. See for yourself. Joe walks the walk when it comes to uplifting the soul & encouraging positive vibes thr soul craves. I for one look forward to his work every single day. For teaching us more about ourselves than anyone has ever cared in this modern day. For teaching us about more black heroes, inventors, musicians, politicians, & Black people who make a difference placing Mr Smith among them.
