HONORING MR JOSEPH SMITH & HIS SOUL OF THE DAY CONTRIBUTIONS For both reminding & teaching the world about our Black culture heritage & history every single day. Joe is todays modern Jet & Ebony magazine. He is todays Don Cornelius & SoulTrain. He is todays modern Bob Law, Frankie Crocker, & William Roscoe Mercer aka Rosko. Joe brings / gives the world the gift of The Black Experience from past to present unlike anyone I know today. Anyone who has the honor of calling Joe friend can attest to this. Since the day we crossed paths in 1989 in an underground dance music record store called Movin Records in E Orange NJ I know I can. His daily Soul of The Day Contributions & Posts are vital. Vital to society. What Joe does every single day is necessary. It matters. It is important. Take a minute & get to know this man. Dont take my word for it. See for yourself. Joe walks the walk when it comes to uplifting the soul & encouraging positive vibes thr soul craves. I for one look forward to his work every single day. I am as nourished with his information about the Black Experience as I am honored & humbled by our peoples greatness. Thank you Joe for not allowing us to forget about ourselves. For teaching us more about ourselves than anyone has ever cared in this modern day. For teaching us about more black heroes, inventors, musicians, politicians, & Black people who make a difference placing Mr Smith among them. I dont care how much Black Culture & History you think you know. From his words of the day to music & general discussions Joe enlightens & teaches us more. Everyday. Not just 28 days in a month. To anyone who seeks more knowledge of self, our people our heritage I implore you to seek Mr Smith out. Friend request him. Send him a message. He brings us the gift of knowledge of self for free. And when you do gather your children & Introduce them to what youve learned so they can get a much better prospective about self & where we come from. Unlike how a lot of us were raised only learning about bits & pieces of Black Culture. There is so much more to the Black Experience than what they teach or taught in school. Joe brings it every day with his Soul Of The Day Thank you Joe. -NYCs Glenn Dj Paradise Pinkney
