HOOK, LINE, AND SINKER I have been hacked again. I dont play games and I havent posted anything in several days. I dont endorse products. The boys in Nigeria are getting very clever. They looked in my folders and found somebody I couldnt resist opening an email from, alledging legal documents from a NY big time literary agent. The last time I spoke to this lady she was interested in my entire FARM series of novels.The catch was that I had to open a new security file in Google, which required my Yahoo password. I know. I should have known better. Think about this. These hackers knew that an author would fall for a well-known NY agent with whom he had corresponded before. The letterhead was perfect. Of course, I found no legal documents. No contract. No offer. Yahoo suspended my account 6 hours later after someone in Nigeria began contacting my friends, pushing video games, recommending products I never heard of. If anybody says anything good about Obama, you know it cant be me. It will take Verizon and Yahoo at least 4 days to recognize my new password. This is what happens when something is too good to be true and youre a dumbass.
