HOPE - is the little voice you hear whisper Maybe when it seems the entire world is shouting No. Im here to tell you...listen to that little whisper. I once had a little whisper when I was 181lbs. And 40% Body Fat that told me I could lose this weight, I dont know how long its going to take but I know Ill do it and then Ill teach people how. And GUESS WHAT?! Its EXACTLY what Im doing. So Pleeease believe in yourself even when it feels like youre not making progress or people dont believe in you. All of your little small victories will all add up one day to a huge inspirational story that will change someones life and that my friends is well worth the struggle.
