HOT WATER HEATER UPDATE!!!! ok .. so my son Richard Jones said " Mom - got Air in a Can you could blow in the bottom faucet valc=ve to blow the "shale" away from the nozzle?" - - well ... I do have an air compressor - - so - using the air hose - blow a ton of air up the valve - And PRESTO - DRAINING LIKE A CHAMP - - Waiting for the 40 gallons to drain - and put in the lower element. Thank You My Darling son. will notify when I can take a hot shower again...
