WHERE : SPRINGKELL HOSPITAL MODDERFONTEIN (ACROSS FROM GREENSTONE ON THE M54/PEACE STREET) This is probably the most exclusive Urban based airsoft venue in Gauteng which will be a first in S.A| airsoft for an extreme Night mission! This venue was the film set for the film ‘HOTEL RWANDA’, hence the name of the NIGHT OPERATION. DETAILS : Teams are limited to : x 40 exclusive tickets for WHITE TEAM (HUTU) x 40 exclusive tickets for RED TEAM (TUTSI) Ticket prices are R290 and include your game fee, supper with a soft drink, breakfast with a juice or coffee, glow sticks to identify your team and event colors/patches to the most ELITE AIRSOFT EVENT OF 2013! THE VENUE : Springkell Hospital is situated in Modderfontein just off the m54/Peace street between London road and Modderfontein road. The venue is perfectly secured and guarded 24 hours a day. A chemical toilet is available on site and a safe area has been perfectly allocated to non-combatants and those who wish to camp and set up tents for the weekend, your vehicles and equipment will be watched by security to put your mind at ease. THE PLAYING AREA : Consists of a main Hospital building roughly 200 meters in length multi story with hundreds of rooms within. 7 randomly situated houses all over the property still intact with a huge open waste land playing area for those who like bush warfare as well. WHAT YOU NEED : AEG/AIRSOFT RIFLE/HANDGUN SPARE BATTERIES AND BATTERIES FOR YOUR COMMS AND SIGHTS A TACH LIGHT/TORCH/HEADLAMP (EITHER) High energy snacks and energy drinks to keep you going. BB’s to last the event A sleeping bag and warm jacket Comms and face protection are recommended. Bigger teams can liaise with players on your team to bring with tables and chairs, gas cooker, pot to boil water for coffee in between missions and anything else which you feel could benefit you through the night. Command centres will be Equipped with A2 aerial maps of the playing area as well as white board and time sheets, non permanent markers etc for teams and commanders to keep track of what is going on.
