HOUSEMATE WANTED - Brunswick (please read this then PM me if you are interested.) 2 bedroom apartment (you would have your own room). Includes queen size double bed, built-in wardrobe, fairly large room with a large window with a great view (the apartment is on the 3rd floor). Its a cosy spot in a great location. 5 minutes walk to Lygon st or Sydney Rd, shops, bus stops, trams and Anstey station. The landlords are amazing, the place is recently renovated and very bright and open with a great energy. And you would have a pretty rad flatmate: ME! Seriously Im pretty easygoing and quite simple to live with. I work full time and do lots of other things so I am away a lot. What Im looking for is someone who is reasonably clean and neat (although not anal retentive about tidiness), is good at paying bills and rent promptly, and is good with kids (my three year old daughter comes to stay every second weekend). Also it would be great if you are planning to live here long term (at least a year). It would also be cool if you are into eating healthfully and living with a low environmental footprint, and are interested in music, ecology, spirituality and self-development.
