Therefore, in order to pull a dog, we must have a local, approved foster. Fosters must agree to take the dog to our vet located at 9695 Southwest Freeway, and they must attend one event monthly for exposure, ie adoption event, festival, expo, but all expenses are covered by GCCSR.
