HOW CAN I MARRY THE PERSON I DONT KNOW? So she asked wondering, instead of praying to know the will of God in the proposal at hand. Certainly no one will encourage anyone to just say yes in marriage to a complete stranger, but when saints especially ,begin to say that they dont really know the person proposing to marry them;that they only see them in church or fellowship, I wonder the kind of knowledge they are talking about. Those that wait on the Lord for guidance must not behave like those who walk in darkness by sight. Can one really know someone without real revelation. People in the world cohabit for a period as suitors,but after a formalization of the marriage it beats there imaginations that they did not really know their partners as they thought they did. Some that kept dates for years were surprised at their discoveries after marriage ,showing them that what they thought they knew was actually a camouflage. The just shall live by faith and all that they need to know and see to be able to accept and get the best out of Gods will,He reveals to them. Left to us humans we are naturally blind and the more we look the less we see. Hence I will lift up my eyes unto heaven from where my help comes and shall continue to come.
