HOW CAN WE AFFORD NOT TO SPEAK, TESTIFY, AND WITNESS OF HIM, OUR LORD AND OUR SAVIOUR, WITH ALL WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR US? HIS WORDS SHOULD BE LIKE FIRE IN OUR BELLY! Jer:20:9 If I say, I will not make mention of [the Lord] or speak any more in His name, in my mind {and} heart it is as if there were a burning fire shut up in my bones. And I am weary of enduring {and} holding it in; I cannot [contain it any longer]. THE WORD OF GOD IS THE POWER OF SALVATION. ROM:1:16-17: For I am not ashamed of the Gospel (good news) {of Christ,} for it is Gods power working unto salvation [for deliverance from eternal death] to everyone who believes {with} a personal trust {and} a confident surrender {and} firm reliance, to the Jew first and also to the Greek, For in the Gospel a righteousness which God ascribes is revealed, both springing from faith and leading to faith [disclosed through the way of faith that arouses to more faith]. As it is written, The man who through faith is just {and} upright shall live {and} shall live by faith. THE WORD OF GOD IS LIFE TO THOSE THAT FOUND IT. Psalm:119:130 The entrance {and} unfolding of Your words give light; their unfolding gives understanding (discernment and comprehension) to the simple.Isaiah:40:8 The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever. THE PEOPLE OF OLD BELIEVE AND SPOKE THE WORD, LIKEWISE WE TOO BELIEVE AND WILL SPEAK THE WORDS OF GOD WITHOUT THE FEAR OF MEN. 2Cor: 4:13 Yet we have the same spirit of faith as he had who wrote, I have believed, and therefore have I spoken. We too believe, and therefore we speak.ACTS:4:20 But we [ourselves] cannot help telling what we have seen and heard. THE LORD DID NOT WANT US TO BE INTIMIDATED OR TERRIFIED ABOUT PEOPLES REACTION TOWARDS THE WORDS OF GOD. Ezekiel:2:6-7: And you, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words; though briers and thorns are all around you and you dwell {and} sit among scorpions, be not afraid of their words nor be dismayed at their looks, for they are a rebellious house. And you shall speak My words to them whether they will hear or refuse to hear, for they are most rebellious. 3:8-9: Behold, I have made your face strong {and} hard against their faces and your forehead strong {and} hard against their foreheads.Like an adamant harder than flint {or} a diamond point have I made your forehead; fear them not, neither be dismayed at their looks, for they are a rebellious house. THERE IS NOTHING ANY ONE CAN DO AGAINST THE TRUTH, FOR THE TRUTH MUST PREVAIL OVER THE LIES OF THE ENEMY OF OUR SOUL. 2Cor:13:8 For we can do nothing against the Truth [not serve any party or personal interest], but only for the Truth [which is the Gospel]. 2Tim:4:2 Herald {and} preach the Word! Keep your sense of urgency [stand by, be at hand and ready], whether the opportunity seems to be favorable or unfavorable. [Whether it is convenient or inconvenient, whether it is welcome or unwelcome, you as preacher of the Word are to show people in what way their lives are wrong.] And convince them, rebuking {and} correcting, warning {and} urging {and} encouraging them, being unflagging {and} inexhaustible in patience and teaching. WHO IS THE TRUTH? John:14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me. 1:17 For while the Law was given through Moses, grace (unearned, undeserved favor and spiritual blessing) and truth came through Jesus Christ. WHO IS THE WORD OF GOD? John:1:1-5: IN THE beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. He was present originally with God. All things were made {and} came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being. In Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men. And the Light shines on in the darkness, for the darkness has never overpowered it [put it out or absorbed it or appropriated it, and is unreceptive to it]. SO THEREFORE, THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK THE TRUTH WORD OF GOD WITHOUT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST BEING THE CENTRE OF IT ALL. FOR IN HIM ALL THE TRUTH OF THE WORD OF GOD ENCOMPASSED. COL:1:19 For it has pleased [the Father] that all the divine fullness (the sum total of the divine perfection, powers, and attributes) should dwell in Him permanently. 1Cor:2:2 For I resolved to know nothing (to be acquainted with nothing, to make a display of the knowledge of nothing, and to be conscious of nothing) among you except Jesus Christ (the Messiah) and Him crucified. Gal:6:14 But far be it from me to glory [in anything or anyone] except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) through Whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world! WHATEVER SERMON OR MESSAGE WE HAVE FOR THE PEOPLE MUST POINT PEOPLE TO THE FINISHED WORK OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. THE PURPOSE OF HOLY SPIRIT IS TO GLORIFY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST AND NOT RELIGIOUS DENOMINATION RUDIMENTS DOCTRINE OF MEN. JOHN:16:13-14: But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce {and} declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future]. He will honor {and} glorify Me, because He will take of (receive, draw upon) what is Mine and will reveal (declare, disclose, transmit) it to you. OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST MADE IT PLAIN TO US THAT THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL TESTIFY OF HIM, AND WE TOO ARE TO TESTIFY OF HIM, AND NOT RELIGION TRADITION DOCTRINE OF MEN PHILOSOPHY. John:15:26-27:But when the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, Strengthener, Standby) comes, Whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of Truth Who comes (proceeds) from the Father, He [Himself] will testify regarding Me.But you also will testify {and} be My witnesses, because you have been with Me from the beginning. SO THE QUESTION WE MUST ASK OURSELVES NOW IS THAT, WHAT OUR WE TESTIFYING, WITNESSING, AND PROCLAIMING? ARE WE POINTING PEOPLE TO OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST FINISHED WORK, WHICH IS GODS GRACE, OR IS IT OTHER WAY ROUND, BEING A MINISTER OF RIGHTEOUSNESS BY WORKS WHICH IS THE LAW? THERE ARE DISCIPLES OF MOSES WHICH ARE MINISTERS OF LAW, AND THERE ARE DISCIPLES OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHICH ARE THE MINISTER OF GRACE. John:9:28-29:And they stormed at him [they jeered, they sneered, they reviled him] and retorted, You are His disciple yourself, but we are the disciples of Moses. We know for certain that God spoke with Moses, but as for this Fellow, we know nothing about where He hails from. APOSTLE PAUL MADE IT CLEAR TO US THAT THE MINISTRY HE WAS CALLED INTO IS TO MINISTER GOD GRACE. Acts:20:24 But {none of these things move me;} neither do I esteem my life dear to myself, if only I may finish my course {with joy} and the ministry which I have obtained from [which was entrusted to me by] the Lord Jesus, faithfully to attest to the good news (Gospel) of Gods grace (His unmerited favor, spiritual blessing, and mercy). AS A TRUE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN, WE ARE SAVED BY GRACE, AND NOT IN OF OUR WORKS, THAT IS THE MESSAGE AND THE MINISTRY THAT WE ARE COMMITTED TO, AND HAVE BEING OBLIGATED TO GO AND MAKE IT KNOWN TO THE WORLD, WITHOUT FEAR, BUT WITH BOLDNESS AND CONFIDENCE. 2Cor:5:18-20: But all things are from God, Who through {Jesus} Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Himself] and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation [that by word and deed we might aim to bring others into harmony with Him]. It was God [personally present] in Christ, reconciling {and} restoring the world to favor with Himself, not counting up {and} holding against [men] their trespasses [but cancelling them], and committing to us the message of reconciliation (of the restoration to favor). So we are Christs ambassadors, God making His appeal as it were through us. We [as Christs personal representatives] beg you for His sake to lay hold of the divine favor [now offered you] {and} be reconciled to God IT IS MANDATORY TO EVERY BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN TO PROCLAIM THE GOOD NEWS OF THE GOSPEL OF GRACE:Psalm:40:9 I have proclaimed glad tidings of righteousness in the great assembly [tidings of uprightness and right standing with God]. Behold, I have not restrained my lips, as You know, O Lord. John:20:21 Then Jesus said to them again, Peace to you! [Just] as the Father has sent Me forth, so I am sending you. Isaiah:6:8-9: Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send? And who will go for Us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. And He said, Go and tell this people, Hear {and} hear continually, but understand not; and see {and} see continually, but do not apprehend with your mind. John:15:16 You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed you [I have planted you], that you might go and bear fruit {and} keep on bearing, and that your fruit may be lasting [that it may remain, abide], so that whatever you ask the Father in My Name [as presenting all that I AM], He may give it to you. CHRIST CHOSE US TO BRING FORTH AND BEAR FRUIT TO OUR HEAVENLY FATHER KINGDOM. THIS IS WHERE WE CAN FIND SATISFACTION AND FULFILMENT IN LIFE.
