HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT FIGHTING FIRE WITH FIRE? WHAT I AM ABOUT TO SAY MAKES ME A HYPOCRITE OF SORTS… AND THAT BOTHERS ME… Every state has different laws for what constitutes MURDER, and what constitutes an ATTEMPT crime, including MURDER. All are based on common law definitions of murder dating back to the days of Sir William Blackstone. According to Wikipedia, Sir William Blackstone (10 July 1723 – 14 February 1780) was an English jurist, judge and Tory politician of the eighteenth century. He is most noted for writing the Commentaries on the Laws of England. Under the common law, MURDER falls into one of FOUR categories. Pay careful attention: I said MURDER. I did not say MANSLAUGHTER. The four categories and simple examples are listed below: 1. PREMEDITATED MURDER WITH INTENT TO KILL ** Lying in wait to attack a predetermined target 2. INTENT TO INFLICT SERIOUS BODILY HARM THAT RESULTS IN DEATH ** Beating someone with the intent of beating them to the point of serious bodily injury that accidentally results in death 3. ABANDONED AND MALIGNANT HEART MURDER: ** When someone REALIZES that the conduct they are engaging in is SO CAVALIER, and has SUCH A DISREGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE and death resulted. 4. FELONY MURDER ** Without going into too much detail – a death that occurs during certain enumerated felonies. In the story below, some liberal writers (I REFUSE to call them journalists), took it upon themselves to publish the home address of Officer Darren Wilson, much like liberal writers have often decided to take it upon themselves in states like New York to publish the names and addresses of gun owners during heated gun debates. In the instance when the names and addresses of gun owners get published, these LIBERAL JACKASSES are literally playing God to some extent. Clearly their INTENT is for those gun owners to be harassed, and it’s not a matter of IF, but just WHEN things get out of control resulting in the child of a gun owner being harmed… or worse. At least THOSE writers can say (although we know it would be crap) they only intended for there to be peaceful protesting at the gun owner’s homes. Whatever. Most of us didn’t fall off the turnip truck yesterday, but at least that justification for publication has SOME (however stretched) legitimate argument that can be made to support the act. ANYONE who has seen footage of the riots and the violence around the country surrounding the Michael Brown case case KNOWS that the rioters would rip Officer Wilson limb from limb if they got their hands on him. ANYONE WITH AN IQ OVER 6 WOULD AGREE! Under common law the crime of ATTEMPT is defined as having the SPECIFIC INTENT for a criminal act to be achieved, and a SUBSTANTIAL STEP toward the furtherance of that act, HOWEVER, for whatever reason, the crime fails to be completed. KNOWING what EVERY SANE PERSON in this country knows about his case (AND OBVIOUSLY THESE WRITERS DID), then the writers are currently guilty of ATTEMPTED MURDER. God forbid anything happens, and Officer Wilson gets murdered as a result of the writers’ publication, then their actions should be considered SO CAVALIER in nature, and with SUCH A DISREGARD FOR THE LIFE OF OFFICER WILSON, that if death results… then CHARGE THEM WITH MURDER! We know the liberal mantra, and CERTAINLY Obama & Eric Holder is, “The Ends Justify the Means.” I despise that mentality. It is the mentality that gave rise to Chairman Mao, to Hitler, to Stalin, and others like them throughout history. It is contrary to EVERYTHING the United States has stood for since its founding. It is Contrary to the Rule of Law. It gives rise to individuals taking it upon themselves to make unsolicited decisions for others, and can range from actually benefiting the recipient, to death. Regardless of the outcome, our system of LAW does not allow for it. WITH THAT SAID, SHAMEFULLY I ADMIT I AM THRILLED THAT THE NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF THE WRITERS WAS PUBLISHED IN RETALIATION! I HOPE THEY ARE SCARED TO DEATH. SUE ME. Lucky for those writers, they probably won’t even have to move, much less live in hiding for the rest of their lives like Officer Wilson will. I suggest they get some guards for a while… but BY AND LARGE, their opposition is FAR, FAR, FAR more respectful of the rule of law, so they are INFINITELY less likely to harm, let alone rip the writers limb from limb like the angry Ferguson mobs surely would. I do not, and have not, believed for some time that this country can be fixed in the voting booth. Sadly, some form of armed conflict is going to have to happen between opposing factions before REAL CHANGE can be achieved. Call it a revolution if you want. Call it a civil war if that sounds better to you. I know it, most students of either economics or history know it, and the government CERTAINLY knows it based on the sheer number of FEMA CAMPS currently in operation. I say currently in operation BECAUSE 2014 IS THE FIRST YEAR THE CAMPS HAVE HAD FUNDING IN THE FEDERAL BUDGET TO BRING THEM ACTIVE. That implies they know the time when armed conflict becomes a reality is quickly approaching. I WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO VIOLENCE, SO I HAVE BLOCKED OUT THE ADDRESSES AND NUMBERS FOR ALL PARTIES FROM THE ORIGINAL PUBLICATION. I AM SICKENED THAT IT HAS COME TO THIS, BUT LIBERALS ARE WILLING TO STOOP TO LEVELS SO UNTHINKABLY LOW, THAT THE ONLY WAY TO NOT WIND UP CAPPED AT THE KNEES AND HELPLESS, WHICH IS NOT FAR FROM WHERE WE ARE NOW UNDER OBAMA, IS TO FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE.
