HOW FAR CAN WE GO FOR GOD? .....I know your works, your labor, your Patience, and that you cannot bear those who are evil. And you have tested those who say they are apostles and are not, and have found them liars; and you have persevered(endured) and have patience, and have labored for My name sake and have not become weary. NEVERTHELESS I have this against you, that you have left your first love.....Revelation 2:2-4. Once again i bring you Calvary greetings and another bread for the week. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled ( John 6:32-35 ). Beloved, how far can you go for God. Does your heavenly race have a yield or breaking point? There is a thin line between patience and endurance. While it take a tangible reason in view to keep exercising patience, ENDURANCE says even though i cant see or figure out why i should hold on, i will keep the fight on. Endurance means standing to the end characterized by an unchangeable stance. Endurance only spring from love. It flows out like a fountain. Consider a man who worked so hard to obtain good results from school and never compromised standards while studying. After graduation his hope was to secure a good job as fast as possible for he trusted that God will give him that. Several months went by yet no job. Months turned into years yet nothing to show that he has a Father who is God and the King of kings. He cant even afford a shelter over his head. Friends and families deserted him but he held onto his faith. Some country men tried severally to lead him into their rebranded cult groups which they called clubs but he wasnt enticed nor swayed by their pranks. It is just him against the world. I know you have a similar experience today. Beloved, there is a thin step ahead of Patience that you ought to step into to provoke God love. Practically, when the oil in your cup of patience runs dry there should endurance begin to speak from your jar of love. If your love for Christ is real, it should be unbreakable. No storm nor trials should be able to shake your love. You are a tree planted by the riverside. Stay strong and unmoved. The strength of Israel will never lie nor relent. Even while you are still in that situation remember all things works for good for them that are in Christ Jesus. Life may not be going as you planned it to be but trust me, they all fall in place with time.You are who God says you are and no power can utter that, just you. The Nicene creed should always be on your lips. #FoodForThought# Jesus gave the poor more attention and focus in His days on earth so also do Peter, James, Paul as well as early missionaries of our time; the abomination of our time is that our pastors hardly budget their time for the poor. Life is measured in time, when we shall give account of our life we shall account for how we spent our time. Peace unto everyone.
