HOW IS THIS THE AFFORDABLE HEALTH PLAN OBAMA SAID IT WOULD BE? I just read a post from a man that describes his walk through the Obamacare-ACA website. It was very informative, apparently he found a site that was actually working. This man said his name was Doug Bench. He has a pre-existing condition, Type 1 Diabetes. He listed his income base from 45K to 55K. He chose the Tier 2 "Silver Plan". He was quoted a Monthly premium of $597.00 with a $13,988 yearly deductible that must be met first before this health plan would pay. He said that after realizing that he could not afford to pay this, he chose to opt out. He received an immediate email informing of the consequences of opting out. This email informed him that his yearly fine would be $4037.00. He was informed that if he did not pay this penalty/fine that his income tax return could be attached for yearly penalty payment. In this email was a "Repercussion Portion" listing procedures to be followed. 1st-His Drivers license would be suspended until the fines were paid. It then said that if he is a homeowner, that if you go 24-consecutive months without paying your fines, that there would be a Federal Lien placed on his home. The only option open to you to prevent these procedures from occurring is to give your Bank Information so that they can automatically withdraw your penalties, either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. You could read this and say, I wonder if this is a hoax, if this is really true? But think, THINK, this is the government that rewards the rich, over taxes the middle class, has no clue of what an average American lives on each day. This is the same government that we have found has been spying on their own people, has the ability and feels they have the right to listen to your own personal phone conversations. This is the same government that feels they have the right to change our Constitutional Amendment rights at will. This is the same government that refuses to govern themselves, only us, what is good for them is fair, but not equal to us. MY QUESTION, DOES THIS REALLY CAUSE YOU TO WONDER EXACTLY HOW FAR THEY REALLY MIGHT GO? TO ME, THIS SEEMS VERY PLAUSIBLE AFTER WATCHING HOW THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE AVERAGE AMERICAN EVERY TIME THEY PASS A NEW LAW OR LEGISLATURE WITH NO REGARDS FOR THE MULTITUDES IT WILL CAUSE HARM TO! PEOPLE SPEAK UP NOW, OR FOREVER HOLD YOUR PEACE!
