HOW THE CIA & DoD USE DIRECTED ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGY TO ASSASSINATE TARGETS ACROSS THE WORLD AND IN AMERICA. CIA & DIA OPERATIVES HAVE ENTRAINED MY HEART WITH A CONTINUOUS STREAM OF DIRECTED ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGY HERE IS HOW HEART ENTRAINMENT WORKS: The human body is an Electromagnetic Organism and a Vibratory Organism. As such, each organ of the body VIBRATES at a specific frequency of electromagnetic energy. By varying the Frequency and Intensity of each stream of energy, CIA & DoD operatives can manipulate and damage each region and each organ of the Human Anatomy. For three years each night in my sleep they have caused by heart to race and beat over 160 bpm when it should have been 60 bpm, and they did this for many hours each night. I would wake up and my heart would feel like it was beating out of my chest. I would then immediately take my blood pressure and heart rate and it would be racing over 160 bpm with my blood pressure at 170/130. This is a slow kill method by CIA operatives to assassinate the whistle blower while simultaneously discrediting the whistle blower so no one will believe it is happening. You see by continuing to do it after the targeted individual points the finger at them it enables the CIA & DoD to establish PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY. When you say the CIA is attacking you and killing you, even in a situation like mine which involves long term TRAUMA BASED MIND CONTROL, the CIA does not then turn around and stop attacking you after you complain it is them doing it, as that would make them look guilty. Rather, they continue the attacks, even increase the attacks, for the purpose of establishing Plausible Deniability. Plausible Deniability is a term first coined by the CIA during the JFK (Kennedy) Administration in the 1960s. It basically refers to the Limited Hangout of information and/or the behavior of CIA Agents, or their operatives, in such a manner and way as to be so Fanciful & Fantastic in nature that it cannot be believed and therefore must not be true. For example, say you walk up to a CIA Agent and ask him what e does for the CIA? He replies, I am an Assassin. I kill people for money. In fact it later turns out that he is a Hit-Man for the CIA and that he does kill innocent people for money, and a government pension, but his answer to your question was so Fanciful and Fantastic in nature it could not be believed and, therefore, by default, must not be true. This is an example of Plausible Deniability and is the reason why and how they get away with continuing such deadly tactics. I AM JUST WALKING A FEW BLOCKS AND MY HEART IS SO DAMAGED FROM THERE DIRECTED ENERGY ATTACKS IT CAUSES SEVERE PAIN AND TIGHTNESS IN CHEST WITH HEART RATE BLOOD PRESSURE SKYROCKETING. OCTOBER 3 2014 GRANADA NICARAGUA WALKING THREE BLOCKS TO STORE AND BACK Blowing out the heart of the target, utilizing various new kill methods, like heart entrainment via electromagnetic enemy is a relatively new assassination technique of the CIA. They engage in these operations so that they can practice how to kill silently and quietly. If they were to kill the whistle blower quickly, outright, then people would suspect them. So, they engage in invisible tactics which leave no evidence. By placing extreme stress on the chambers and blood vessels of the heart for so long they effectually wear out the chambers and blood vessels of the heart bringing the target to a brutal death. By simultaneously targeting the lungs they effectually degrade the cardiovascular system killing the target with a slow kill designed to disguise the death as a natural cause rather than assassination. The point at which the target suffers congestive heart failure, stroke, artificially created heart disease, etc., is an important METRIC for their research and development with directed energy weapon technologies. MY COMPUTER IS HIJACKED BY CIA DIA SUPERCOMPUTER USING SENSORS TO MONITOR AND MANIPULATE MY INTERNET ACTIVITY AND COMPUTER SO I CANNOT GET AROUND THEIR HIGH TECH MAGIC TRICKS.
