HOW TO FIX AMERICA (Rev 2) Why aren’t the bewildered herd in congress and the political organizations pursuing policies to bring democracy back to this country by making the following changes to our laws? 1. Congressmen and women cannot serve more than 2 terms; 2. No Tenure and No life time Pension for congress. 3. Congress shall purchase their own retirement plan as all Americans do. 4. A Congressman/woman shall collect a salary only while in office and receives no pay benefits when their term limit is up. 5. Congress (past, present & future) will participate in the present Social Security and Medicare programs as do all Americans. 6. The Present and future Congressional retirement funds shall be transferred into the Social Security and Medicare system immediately. These funds shall not be used for any other purpose. 7. All moneys stolen from the Social security and Medicare trust funds and trqansfereed to the General Fund shall be returned to their respective Trust funds. 8. Congress shall no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3% per term. 9. Congressmen/women shall not accept any funding or gifts from lobbyist or special interest groups. 10. Congress must abide by the same laws that are imposed on the American people. 11. A dollar limit shall be placed on each election and the government shall provide the funds for the candidates selected in their primary to run for office. 12. Place a “profit tax” on multinational USA corporations whose headquarters are located in the USA but have plants in foreign countries and do business overseas; 13. Tax offshore bank accounts of USA Multinational Corporation’s that place their profits overseas. 14. Return to the gold standard and the requirement of having $1 in gold at Fort Knox for every $1 in circulation. 15. Re-install the Glass Stiegel law to control and monitor banks and Wall street; 16. Place a tax on Wall Street traders for each share of a “buy or sell” transaction to eliminate “fast track” trading; 17. Place the Federal Reserve Bank under Congressional and FDIC oversight and control 18. Reduce the requirement for new oil production by re-refining used motor oil for re-use in automobile engines as was done in the 1950—1960’s; 19. Dismantle any/all school districts whose curriculum and/or dropout rates do not meet the national educational standards for graduation and for college entrance. Replace the deficient school district funding with the Voucher System. Remove teacher Tenure benefits and replace it with civil service retirement benefits. 20. Deport all illegals and land mine the entire remote border crossing areas with Mexico and Canada. 21. Re-institute the Bracerro Program used during WWII for bringing foreign workers into the US. This program between the US and Mexican governments legally contracted to bring Mexican workers into the United States because of the manpower shortage in industry during WWII. A similar type of program modeled after the US program is currently in place in Switzerland. 22. If the bewildered herd of monkey brained, baboon’ed--ass NIGGERS lack the intellectual capacity or can’t educate themselves and they continue to commit 61% of the crimes in this country when they represent only 13% of the population, (i.e. FBI website data), then send them back to Africa to swing in the trees with the rest of the monkeys.
