HOW TO USE PACKAGE J1 : Instructions are on the packets. First, open the Collagen and L-Glutathione packs and transfer each of them into small containers There are two face creams. Mentioned on the cream container - Day cream, Night Cream. There is also a Collagen soap. Soap: Take a knife and cut the soap about half inch. Use that and keep the balance. If your soap finish, cut again half inch. Now, use the soap everytime you are washing your face. Dont use any other soap. Use this soap only. Wash your face with the soap everytime before you apply the day and night cream. Use the day cream in the morning and the night cream when the night starts abot 8 pm. Wash your face with the Collagen soap before that. Pure Collagen powder: Take 1 level teaspoon and mix with Vitamin C drinks. You can buy Vit C drinks from supermarket. Orange, black current any drinks that contains Vit. C. Read the writings on the bottle. OR buy Vit. C tablets and crush and mix it with the drinks. Pure L-Glutathione powder: Take 1 level teaspoon and mix with Vitamin C drinks. You can buy Vit C drinks from supermarket. Orange, black current any drinks that contains Vit. C. You can drink it anytime but for best results drink it on an empty stomach ie. before breakfast OR before sleep.
