HP Lovecraft was a racist white supremacist asshole even by his own periods standard degree of racist white supremacist assholism. If I wasnt aware of Hitlers emphasis in religious allusions and didnt know some biographical information about Lovecraft, I likely wouldnt score as high as I did (and I still guessed wrong a few times). However, at least Lovecraft, after learning from a German friends firsthand accounts of the treatment that the Jews were being subjected to in 1936, dropped his (previously held) support for Hitler. Lovecraft nevertheless remained enamored of his aristocratic racism. I say aristocratic racism as Lovecraft also believed that the lower classes (of any race) were generally genetically inferior to the ruling class.
