HR Administrator Welplan Ltd., Penrith, Cumbria Welplan is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Building & Engineering Services Association, the premier trade association for the UK building services industry. We provide pensions and employee benefits for this fast growing sector together with a range of IT and administrative services to the Association and its other subsidiaries. Based at our offices in Penrith, the HR Administrator will provide comprehensive HR administration and support, working closely with the Business Services Manager to ensure a high quality service is delivered. Key duties of the role relate to the HR function; however other general office duties will also be required within the role. The successful candidate will have: • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word and Outlook • Knowledge of general office practices and procedures • Excellent organisation and time management skills • The ability to work independently and with initiative, seeking advice when required • The ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) • The ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information • A professional, confident and ‘can do’ attitude Starting salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
