HR Assistant Manager[Job ID:1149] Salary: 40,000-60,000 THB Location: Samutprakanorn Working hours: Monday – Friday: 08.30 – 17.30 Job description •Responsible for a full loop of Human Resource Management (HRM, HRD) •Monitoring and implementing overall in HR function e.g. Training, Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relation etc. •Providing appropriate recommendations to Management to ensure compensation & benefits policies and programs of the company are competitive in the market and industry. •Maintain a cordial and harmonious with all the employees including the member of Labor Union through good communication and resolution of conflict. •Monitor working processes according to company rules and regulations. •Design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs. •Interface with the various governmental and statutory organizations to ensure full compliance to all labor laws and regulations. General qualification •Male or Female, age 35 years old up. •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field •At least 7 years’ of experience as a HR professional or HR generalist. •Knowledge of Thai labor law and employment legislation. •Ability to work under pressure and stressful environment. •Proactive, interpersonal skill, positive attitude and can work hard under pressure with tight deadline •Good command of English and computer literacy.
